Payroll forms and notes

You can order payroll forms from the Inland Revenue Web site. Many forms and notes are also available to download in PDF format.

Forms are available for:

• reporting pay and deductions
• reporting expenses payments and benefits
• recording pay and deductions
• recording expenses payments and benefits, and
• other payroll issues, such as an employee starting or leaving, statutory sick pay and student loans.

Alternatively, Digita provide an electronic solution to the completion of employer's tax forms, Digita eForms Pro.

Adobe Acrobat Reader

You will require Adobe Acrobat Reader to open PDF files. Acrobat Reader is available for most operating systems and can be downloaded for free from the Adobe Web site.
